The hotel rooms were of a good standard, but a bit dull and strange with the furniture arrangement. The service was friendly and polite, though it felt a bit overwhelmed at times. The location is in the business quarter of Sofia, close to office buildings. The dining experience was nice overall, with the exception of the scrambled eggs. The facilities include a steam and sauna area, as well as a good size swimming pool.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, featuring a modern attractive design, but the service lacked professionalism at times. The location was nicely situated in a quiet area of Sofia but far from the city center. The dining experience was average, with some cleanliness concerns, while the facilities were satisfactory.
Returning to my room after waiting 15 minutes for a drink was disappointing, and the cooked breakfast was often cold due to heating issues. The lack of effort in providing basic amenities like cups was off-putting. However, the room itself was lovely, very clean, and comfortable despite being outdated.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff, but the dining options can be improved. The location is ideal for a business trip, and the facilities are well-kept.
